“Thank You for Making This All Possible” post:
I have scoliosis and my back needs lots of care and aside from staying healthy and fit, the thing that helps my back the most is a good massage.
Over the last 20 years, I have had massages at every kind of place imaginable some not good and some wonderful. When I had good health insurance as a public defender, I used to get a weekly massage from a woman in Costa Mesa who did an excellent job and it definitely helped for those couple of years.
But I haven’t had a great massage in a decade, honestly. I’ve tried lots of people in Austin and never really been satisfied.
A couple months ago, I was feeling a pull to try again to find someone to support my back care and so to my surprise when I came across Angel Diaz and Angel Wellness Mind & Body She was located just 10 minutes from my house, which is a miracle since I live in the middle of the forest 🌳
The first time I went to her, I was blown away!! I haven’t had this good of massage maybe ever and definitely not in the last 14 years. Not only did she give me the best massage, she was really there in an energetic way that I’ve never felt before during a massage. It was a cosmic experience.
I have been on a really intentional, spiritual journey over the last year and meeting Angel was definitely meant to be — I felt connected to her and I knew she was someone that could support me during my journey and not just take care of my back.
Angel, thank you for being someone who makes this all possible because since starting to come to you, my back not only feels better, but I so appreciate the hour we spent together – I feel like it’s good for my soul as well.
Angel does her massage practice out of her home and the space is quite comfortable and I highly highly highly recommend her. And if you book a time with her, you might as well stop over at my house for some coffee since you’ll be in the neighborhood.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about all the people that help me in this life- people who make all of “this” possible. So I’ve decided to shout some of the people who impact my life in different ways.
