Just wrapped up our biggest event of the year — four amazing days at the Junior League of Austin’s Christmas Affair! We loved seeing so many familiar faces and sharing our passion for fermentation with the Austin community.

Heading into Thanksgiving feeling extra grateful for this community, the incredible ladies who lift me up, and my family who supports me through every high and low.

This week I had the privilege of heading to Dallas for a food trade show to showcase our products with some of our new favorite wholesale partners.

What made this trip extra special was having my son by my side. He’s now a senior in high school—but when I started this company 4 years ago, he was just stepping into 9th grade. My kids have witnessed the rollercoaster journey of building a food business from scratch—the long nights, the challenges, the scrappiness, and the moments of triumph. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart. The highs and lows often come hand in hand.

But this week was different. Watching him manage the booth, talk to customers and buyers, and proudly represent our brand filled me with gratitude and pride. As both a mom and a founder, this moment was a true high. With so many changes ahead this year—personally and professionally—I’ll be holding onto this win. 🧡
