This is a great alternative to the Theracane at about half the price and of pretty much the same quality. It's an excellent way to supplement your massage regimen. Look for trigger points in your shoulders, traps, neck, and around your scapula for upper back relief. Spending a good twenty to thirty minutes on those areas a couple of times a week should really help to bring relief in between massages.
