Complete Medical Management (CMM) will be the custodian of Central Family Practice’s medical records. We work as a team of physicians, nurse practitioners, esthetician, acupuncturist and herbalist to help you achieve your goals. This type of care allows you to explore all available health care options in a safe and professional environment. We are a fee for service practice and take care of the uninsured, underinsured and those with high deductibles. You'll find this makes our personal attention to our patients unmatched.

This is a folk art piece done for Carol Cody FNP who founded Central Family Practice with me in 1998. She believed in angels and wishes and the power of relationship in health care and healing. She left this world too young. Central Family Practice was born based on our shared belief that two nurses could open a medical practice that was a nursing, midwifery model of care. Our vision was realized beyond our wildest dreams. I will forever be grateful to have known Carol. She was a talented Nurse Practitioner, a trusted friend and colleague to so many people and most importantly a wise and loving mother to Nichole and Chris. She was beloved by her patients and all of her friends and colleagues. Thank you Carol for helping me realize our dream.

No one loved St Patricks day more than Jean Ryan. Toast your loved ones and Jean today. Love to everyone who reads this and especially those who were lucky enough to know the red headed force of nature who lives on in our hearts. I love this photo because of the fortitude and strength it showed to carry on and still have fun during covid, the mask hanging from her ear, sitting on the porch freezing but still having fun with her glass of scotch and I am sure a bowl of chips and salsa next to her. We offer both XLEAR spray & White Flower oil (as a chest rub) to keep your sinuses open. For kids we have a new pediatric probiotic & loquat cough syrup. Happy February - also known as Heart Health Month! ❤️ Heart Health is so important for all ages and we encourage you to care for your heart as early as possible; it’s never too late to start!

Healthy eating and exercise are the best ways to care for your cardiovascular system. If you’re experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, feeling lightheaded, or pain that radiates in the arm, shoulder, neck, back and or chest, please don’t ignore it.
