Beginners' Series in Iyengar Yoga beginning on Tuesday, January 28 at 6:30. Zilker Treehouse studio, call for directions: 512-923-4643. Ten 75 minute classes over three months to get you started towards your own yoga practice. Bring a friend, both will be half price, $60 each. Space is limited--be sure to call to preregister.

Guruji’s 100th birthday will be celebrated this Friday 14 December at Austin Iyengar Yoga at Clear Spring Studio from 4 to 6:30 pm.
Simple asana session from 4 to 5:15 followed by a showing of Atma Darshan, a dvd on Iyengar’s life and teaching. Please come!
