Enjoyed meeting with Dr. Jackson Griggs & other Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) CEOs to discuss our continued advocacy for Texas’ community health centers. I am honored to have been given the National Association of Community Health Centers Distinguished Health Center Champion Award!

The Lone Star State is home to nearly 80 FQHCs providing high-quality, affordable care to millions of Texans. We discussed ways to continue supporting their critical services, including through the more than $281 million Texas is receiving thanks to President Donald J. Trump's Rural Healthcare Transformation Program, which I was proud to vote for as part of the Working Families Tax Cuts
