This advanced technique goes beyond removing excess breast tissue. The internal mesh bra acts as an internal support system, reinforcing the breast from within to help maintain shape, projection, and position long-term.
By providing added structural support, the mesh helps reduce strain on the skin, minimizes bottoming-out over time, and promotes a more durable lift compared to traditional techniques alone. The result? Lighter, lifted breasts with improved longevity and support—especially important for patients concerned about long-term results after reduction.

Dr. Dumestre breaks down a breast implant removal case where a patient presented with asymmetry and capsular contracture in one breast. During the in-office implant removal, the affected implant was found to be ruptured and disintegrating, while the other implant was healthy and intact.
Every body is different, and so is every implant journey. Expert evaluation + individualized care make all the difference.
If you’re experiencing changes, discomfort, or asymmetry, we’re here to help.

Ever wonder why modern breast implants are called “gummy bears”? 🍬✨
Dr. Fisher breaks it down: today’s cohesive gel implants aren’t liquid — meaning no leaks here. The gel holds its shape, even if you cut it open or flip it inside out.
This advanced design offers a natural feel, long-lasting structure, and added peace of mind for our patients. 🤍
Curious which implant type is right for you? Dr. Fisher can help guide you toward the most natural, balanced result for your body and goals.

✨ 7-Month Transformation ✨
Comprehensive Body Contouring by Dr. Dumestre
This beautiful result highlights the power of combining procedures to address multiple areas in one surgical plan:
🔹 Liposuction 360
Removes stubborn fat around the entire torso—including the abdomen, flanks, and back—to create circumferential slimming and improved waist definition.
🔹 Brachioplasty (Arm Lift)
Targets excess skin and soft tissue of the upper arms. This procedure is ideal for patients with skin laxity that liposuction alone cannot correct.
🔹 Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
Tightens weakened abdominal muscles, removes excess skin, and creates a smoother, flatter, more contoured abdominal wall.
At 7 months post-op, the patient is already showing:
• A more balanced and proportionate silhouette
• Smoother body lines from all angles
• Improved arm definition and abdominal contour
• Continued softening and refinement as healing progresses
