Breast asymmetry often begins during puberty and can impact confidence for decades.
In this reel, Dr. Ehanire shares a case of a patient with significant asymmetry, with one breast nearly 50 percent larger than the other, which affected her clothing choices and self confidence for over 30 years.
Dr. Ehanire performed a customized surgical plan with a reduction and lift on the larger side and a small reduction on the smaller side to improve symmetry. Today, the patient enjoys life, including beach vacations and bikinis, without constant worry.
Dr. Ehanire emphasizes that breast asymmetry has solutions and the right board certified plastic surgeon makes all the difference.

What really happens to your breasts after a reduction? 🤔
Dr. Fisher explains how weight changes, pregnancy, and nursing can affect your results over time. Using internal support mesh during reduction helps maintain perkier shape for up to 18 months—but major weight loss (30+ lbs), pregnancy, or volume changes can still impact fullness.
The good news? You can absolutely have a healthy pregnancy or lose weight after a reduction, and touch-up procedures like re-lifts are always an option.

Reverse tummy tuck explained 👇
Dr. Dumestre breaks down what a reverse tummy tuck is and how it differs from a traditional tummy tuck. While a standard tummy tuck focuses on removing excess skin and fat below the belly button, a reverse tummy tuck is designed to address loose, hanging skin above the belly button.
In this real patient case, after losing over 100 pounds, she was left with three rolls of excess abdominal skin. By combining a reverse tummy tuck with a breast lift, Dr. Dumestre was able to remove the upper roll of skin and strategically hide the incision within the breast lift scar for a more seamless result.
