Signs it may be time to change your breast implants.
Changes in shape or position, increasing firmness or tightness, visible rippling, or new discomfort can all be signals worth evaluating. For some, it is also a personal decision, wanting a different size, a more natural feel, or simply updating older implants.
Implants are not lifetime devices, and your body can change over time. The key is knowing what is normal for you and when to have it checked.
If something feels off or you are considering a change, schedule a consultation to explore your options.

It may be recommended for capsular contracture, rupture, or when choosing explant. Seeing it helps you understand the anatomy and why surgical precision matters.

Summer asks us to show up a little more boldly—shorts, swimsuits, bare legs and all. And for so many women, cellulite can make us want to hide instead of step into the sunshine. The truth? It’s incredibly common and beautifully human. But if it’s something that’s been holding you back, you deserve options.
Aveli targets the structural cause of cellulite by releasing the fibrous bands that create dimples, helping smooth the skin for long-lasting improvement.
Ready to feel more confident this summer? Schedule a consultation with the APRS team to learn if Aveli is right for you. ☀️

She trained in microsurgical perforator flap (DIEP flap) breast reconstruction at Magee-Womens Hospital and studied microsurgical lymph node transfer to treat upper extremity lymphedema with Dr. Corrine Becker in Paris. Dr. Fisher has an affinity for the precision and artistry of plastic surgery and its potential to help improve and restore a patient’s form, function and confidence.
Dr. Fisher won the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award twice and the Department of Plastic Surgery teaching award three times. She has published multiple peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in topics ranging from regenerative medicine to patient safety.
