From our welcoming lobby to our comfortable treatment rooms and in-office surgery center, our state-of-the-art facility is designed with our patients in mind. A soothing color palette with a touch of sparkle and some of our favorite original artwork on the walls contribute to the spa-like, luxurious atmosphere that every patient deserves, whether undergoing cosmetic surgery, reconstructive surgery for breast cancer, or treatments in our non-surgical medspa. Our patients routinely express their appreciation for a relaxing doctor's office that feels warm, modern, and beautiful. Our convenient central Austin location has free parking, a fully ADA-compliant space, and a layout designed for privacy of patient experience. Our onsite surgery center is designed as a fully accredited operating room and is held to the highest standards of quality. Patient safety is our number one priority, and all operating and anesthesia staff are experienced, fully licensed, and credentialed in addition to sharing our surgeons high standards. Because the operating room is located within our office, patients are ensured a consistent quality of care and a discreet, peaceful experience. A separate entrance and exit also helps patients maintain their privacy.

This advanced technique goes beyond removing excess breast tissue. The internal mesh bra acts as an internal support system, reinforcing the breast from within to help maintain shape, projection, and position long-term.

By providing added structural support, the mesh helps reduce strain on the skin, minimizes bottoming-out over time, and promotes a more durable lift compared to traditional techniques alone. The result? Lighter, lifted breasts with improved longevity and support—especially important for patients concerned about long-term results after reduction.

Dr. Dumestre breaks down a breast implant removal case where a patient presented with asymmetry and capsular contracture in one breast. During the in-office implant removal, the affected implant was found to be ruptured and disintegrating, while the other implant was healthy and intact.

Every body is different, and so is every implant journey. Expert evaluation + individualized care make all the difference.

If you’re experiencing changes, discomfort, or asymmetry, we’re here to help.

Ever wonder why modern breast implants are called “gummy bears”? 🍬✨

Dr. Fisher breaks it down: today’s cohesive gel implants aren’t liquid — meaning no leaks here. The gel holds its shape, even if you cut it open or flip it inside out.
This advanced design offers a natural feel, long-lasting structure, and added peace of mind for our patients. 🤍

Curious which implant type is right for you? Dr. Fisher can help guide you toward the most natural, balanced result for your body and goals.

✨ 7-Month Transformation ✨

Comprehensive Body Contouring by Dr. Dumestre

This beautiful result highlights the power of combining procedures to address multiple areas in one surgical plan:

🔹 Liposuction 360
Removes stubborn fat around the entire torso—including the abdomen, flanks, and back—to create circumferential slimming and improved waist definition.

🔹 Brachioplasty (Arm Lift)
Targets excess skin and soft tissue of the upper arms. This procedure is ideal for patients with skin laxity that liposuction alone cannot correct.

🔹 Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)
Tightens weakened abdominal muscles, removes excess skin, and creates a smoother, flatter, more contoured abdominal wall.

At 7 months post-op, the patient is already showing:

• A more balanced and proportionate silhouette
• Smoother body lines from all angles
• Improved arm definition and abdominal contour
• Continued softening and refinement as healing progresses

About Dr. Christine Fisher

Dr. Christine Fisher is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in breast reconstruction techniques for breast cancer patients using perforator flaps, such as DIEP flaps, and in cosmetic surgery of the breast and body. For appropriate candidates who are experiencing lymphedema after breast cancer treatment, she also offers lymphatic surgery, including lymphovenous anastomosis and lymph node transfer. She was named a 2017 Texas Super Doctor®.

Dr. Fisher is committed to providing the same care to her patients that she would want for her own family. Her goal is to provide personalized, compassionate care while safely achieving the best possible aesthetic outcome for each patient. Her artistry and keen attention to detail combine to make this possible. She believes all patients, whether undergoing cosmetic surgery or breast reconstruction after breast cancer, deserve an optimally aesthetic outcome. At Dr. Fisher’s practice, the difference is the aesthetic.

Dr. Fisher understands that cosmetic and reconstructive surgery provide both physical and emotional wellness. She and her team aspire to empower women every day to move forward in life, confidently.

Dr. Fisher graduated medical school with honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to complete her training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. During her plastic surgery training, she cared for patients with breast cancer, head and neck cancer, and burn and extremity trauma, using both traditional and microsurgical reconstructive techniques to solve a spectrum of functional and aesthetic problems. She trained in microsurgical perforator flap (DIEP flap) breast reconstruction at Magee-Womens Hospital and studied microsurgical lymph node transfer to treat upper extremity lymphedema with Dr. Corrine Becker in Paris. Dr. Fisher has an affinity for the precision and artistry of plastic surgery and its potential to help improve and restore a patient’s form, function and confidence.
