Dr. Fisher breaks down the key differences between cohesive gel implants and saline options 👇
In this deep dive, she explains how both Allergan and Motiva cohesive gel implants feature smooth surfaces, thicker outer shells, and impressively low leak and rupture rates — designed to keep the gel contained even if the shell is compromised.
She also highlights what patients care about most: feel.
Cohesive gel implants are known for feeling significantly more natural and comfortable, while saline-filled implants can feel firmer — sometimes even hard or uncomfortable during sleep or movement.
Because choosing the right implant isn’t just about size — it’s about how it looks, feels, and moves with you.

11 days post op and healing beautifully 🤍
Nurse Practitioner Hawna walks us through recovery after breast augmentation + axillary liposuction performed by Dr. Fisher. Minimal bruising, minimal swelling, and tiny lipo entry points covered with Band Aids that will fade quickly.
We also discuss gentle massage techniques using soft “piano fingers” or warm soapy hands in the shower to support healing and keep everything settling smoothly.
With proper aftercare and guidance, she is already feeling confident and on track to wear a bikini just two weeks post procedure 🙌
Every body heals differently, but thoughtful technique and close follow up care make all the difference.

True body contouring is about balance, precision, and long-term results ✨
This comprehensive transformation included a breast lift with asymmetry correction, liposuction of the upper back and neck to treat lipodystrophy (“buffalo hump”), and mesh placement for added structural support and longevity. The procedure began with the patient safely positioned prone to allow precise contouring of the back and neck, followed by repositioning for the breast lift. Additional tissue was carefully removed from the larger breast to create improved symmetry and natural-looking results.
