Our newest Lead with Kindness design has arrived — Kindness is the Harvest! This fall-inspired tee is more than just a shirt; it’s a reminder that when we plant seeds of compassion, inclusion, and understanding… we all reap something beautiful.

Each shirt is proudly made right here at DOCO Inc. by our amazing team of individuals with developmental disabilities — every print, every fold, every tag reflects their dedication and pride in their work.

By purchasing, you’re helping provide dignified employment and skill-building opportunities for our local community members with disabilities.

Kindness is in our Bones this Halloween!

Spooky season is here, and we’re celebrating with a design that’s more than just festive—it’s full of meaning. Every shirt we create at DOCO is made with dignity and purpose by our incredible employees with developmental challenges.

Inclusivity never goes out of style - all sizes are the same! $20 for small through 4xl in your choice of heather orange or heather purple!

We also offer youth sizes - 5t will be our largest toddler size - Small through XL in youth! Those are inclusively priced at $15!

DOCO is not a recycling facility! We have not been a recycling facility in over a decade!

We will NOT take your cardboard, your glass, your paper, your furniture, none of it! We are no longer a recycling facility!

Please know I hate being harsh about this but yet again, someone attempted to just dump cardboard boxes in our parking lot right on top of the picnic table. If we were a recycling facility, there would be bins to separate it all. There is not.

We are a manufacturing facility designed to employ developmentally disabled. They do the work here. They are not your maids or sanitation workers. When you dump here, you are disrespecting them and nothing infuriates me more than that.

We came to work this morning to find this. This is NOT OK.

THIS. IS. NOT. OK.

We have to remove it from our dumpster, set them aside, and pay to have it hauled off.

No one will be able to use the excuse of “we were recycling”. It’s a couch.

We have not been a recycling facility in over a decade. Please stop bringing us your trash. I will not let my disabled employees clean up someone’s else’s mess so I clean it up. My staff will not let me clean up someone’s else’s mess so they do it. And no matter who does it, IT IS NOT OK.
