In one day on a Saturday our Blessing Box has had four families drop items off. And SIX families have utilized it.

That’s a fantastic number. I say families because there were children accompanying the adults. Children helping to stock it. Children being allowed to pick what their family may need.

I just think that’s the coolest.

Take a blessing, leave a blessing.

Our March employee of the month is Kelsey Reece!

Kelsey is a breath of fresh air with the most beautiful of smiles! She loves working in the plant and her growth has been so much fun to watch! She doesn’t know a stranger and becomes friends with everyone. We truly consider ourselves lucky to have Miss Kelsey.

They donated extra eggs they had and we are able to feed our people three days of breakfasts! Did you know that of rural food pantry users 82% are food insecure households and that 44% of those households skip breakfast? Approximately one in four food stamp recipients report a disability in the household.

One of our favorite nights was tonight! Prom brings all of us so much joy - employees AND staff!!

We’re all sons and daughters of the King but for this night - our employees are royalty and treated as such. Red carpet, crowns and tiaras, dresses, and suits and tuxes and such for all of them.
