Just a simple reminder to those who need it ❤️

When one of my kids in the middle of a meltdown, I take a deep breath and remind myself of this.

This mindset shift is so important and helps me keep my cool even when it’s hard. Coming from an empathetic POV, I’m able to be a more effective and loving mom in these hard moments.

Even now with 3 kids and 10 years of parenting, I need this reminder once in awhile. Hope it helps ❤️
