As winter brings icy conditions, falls become more common. Taking simple precautions can significantly reduce the risk. Here are some tips:

❄️ Point your feet out and spread your toes
❄️ Bend slightly and walk flat-footed with short steps
❄️ Keep your center of gravity over your feet
❄️ Hold your arms out for balance and avoid putting your hands in pockets

As we celebrate Christmas this coming week, we know that for many of our residents it can bring sadness and a feeling of loneliness.

We like to help fill their hearts with happiness and to remember how much they are valued and loved.

This evening our assisted living residents and their families were treated with a special dinner prepared by our Chef Kelly and served by our wonderful team and extra special volunteers.

The dining room was filled with laughter and conversation. And a good time was had by all.

Thank you to each and very person who made tonight possible!
