Apply diluted Magnolia topically, followed by 2 to 3 drops each Copaiba and Marjoram on the lower abdomen. Add Geranium or ClaryCalm as desired.

Adding a warm rice pack will help even more.

One of my areas to address this year is Women's Health. Anyone else?

One of my favorite blends for relieving PMS symptoms is ClaryCalm. This magical blend relieved my symptoms. Pre ClaryCalm, I was overly emotional, exhausted, paranoid, and just generally very down.

I started applying just a swipe between my breasts morning and night.

Now, it did not happen overnight! Gradually, my symptoms started easing. One month, my monthly visitor showed up with no warning!
