Research has shown that stress tends to be the common underlying factor impacting a person's health and wellness; including but not limited to pain, discomfort, blood pressure, anxiety, depression, and many other issues. To best serve you so that you receive the most of your treatment, it is recommended to discuss what you are experiencing to determine a place that benefits you the most. While we do offer individual sessions, it is recommended to implement a plan for you to receive the best results.

Practice meditation by sitting comfortably and counting your exhale. When you notice a thought, gently label it “thinking” and return to counting your out-breaths. Today try this for several minutes or longer to challenge yourself. Take note of how you feel before and after you sit.
