There’s something sacred about sharing silence with people who carry decades of stories in their bones.

Today’s sound bath at Vitalia Senior Residences Westlake reminded me that stillness doesn’t mean emptiness—it means presence. And these residents? They showed up fully. Curious, thoughtful, and so beautifully open.

Moments like these remind me why I adore this work, and how powerful true connection can be. ✨

Come join us for a fun (and free!) afternoon at St. Mary of the Woods in Avon! 🎨✨

They’re hosting a Chalk Walk for kids on Friday, June 13th at 2:30 PM, and it’s packed with fun—a magician, bubbles, face painting, balloons, affirmation rocks, and giveaways for the most creative chalk art! 🌈🎭🫧

I’ll be there with my boys, joining in the fun and handing out affirmation rocks. The amazing residents of St. Mary will be joining the festivities—your kiddos will bring them so much joy just by being there. It’s a beautiful chance for the generations to connect in a colorful, lighthearted way. 💛

It’s going to be such a sweet, joy-filled afternoon. Come play, create, and make some meaningful memories with us! 🌸

Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for each other, and for the quiet magic that happens when we gather with intention. It was an honor to share space with you—your presence, your stories, your hearts.
I hope you left feeling grounded and a little more connected to your magic.
