💉 Botox aftercare = just as important as the treatment itself! Here’s your quick list of what NOT to do so you can keep those results flawless:

🚫 No facials, massages, or skin treatments for 48 hrs
🚫 Don’t lie down for at least 4 hrs
🚫 No rubbing, massaging, or touching the area
🚫 Skip intense workouts/sweating for 24 hrs
🚫 Hold off on alcohol for 24 hrs (helps minimize bruising)
🚫 No makeup for a few hours
🚫 Avoid tight hats/headbands pressing on injection sites

Think of it as your Botox commandments 😇 Obey them, and your results will thank you.
