Flu shots are in! 💉
We will be having 3 late night flu clinics on 10/3, 10/29 and 11/6! You can also schedule Tuesday-Friday during business hours. Please call to schedule. All patients must have had a physical exam within the last year to schedule a flu shot visit.

We have some bittersweet news to share…….

It is with mixed emotions that we share the news that Dr. López will be leaving our practice (last day will be 5/30/2024) While we’re sad to see such a talented and caring doctor go, we’re also excited for her as she embarks on a new journey.

Dr. López has been an invaluable member of our healthcare family, providing exceptional care and compassion to her patients. Her dedication has made a lasting impact, and she will be greatly missed.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. López for her commitment to our community’s well-being. We wish her nothing but success and fulfillment in her future endeavors.

Let’s join together to thank Dr. López for her years of service and wish her all the best in this next chapter. Please feel free to share your well wishes and memories in the comments below.

Dear Patients,

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing to you. After prayerful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to conclude my tenure at Pediatric Associates of Avon effective May 30-31, 2024. It has been an honor and a pleasure to serve as your Pediatrician over the last 12 years. I am very grateful for allowing me to be a part of your children's lives. Your trust and support have meant the world to me, and it is what makes this next step in my life so bittersweet.

As we navigate through this transition, ensuring a seamless continuation of your children's healthcare is of utmost importance to me. I am actively working to facilitate the handover of care to Dr. Eve Gill, Dr. James Shmalo, Dr. Jason Cosgrove, and any future physicians joining the practice. Your continuity of care is my top priority, and I encourage you to schedule appointments with both the established providers and the new additions to the team.

During this transition period, feel free to share any concerns you may have, and I will assist in making the process as smooth as possible. Your children's health and well-being have always been my foremost concern, and I am committed to supporting you in every possible way during this change.
