We believe that mindbody movement offers life lessons that can be taken from the studio into the real world. Pilates is not only a physical workout but lifelong practices that are rewarding mentally, physically, and emotionally; each offers a pathway for individual growth. We believe that Pilates is for every body, from the de-conditioned person wanting to find health and fitness to the elite athlete looking for a performance edge. InnerSpace is committed to offering traditional, classical approaches to Pilates through a variety of private and group sessions to help you achieve your goals. Mixed Pilates Equipment begins Jan 8 at 10:00 AM at InnerSpace Pilates in Avon.

This class is about starting fresh and building real strength using the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Mat. Expect thoughtful movement, a small group setting and a practice that supports your body long term.
