We believe that mindbody movement offers life lessons that can be taken from the studio into the real world. Pilates is not only a physical workout but lifelong practices that are rewarding mentally, physically, and emotionally; each offers a pathway for individual growth. We believe that Pilates is for every body, from the de-conditioned person wanting to find health and fitness to the elite athlete looking for a performance edge. InnerSpace is committed to offering traditional, classical approaches to Pilates through a variety of private and group sessions to help you achieve your goals. Pilates and Yoga are transformative vehicles that will help you to look and feel better, be more connected to your life, and feel more confident and empowered.
