Between the flashing lights, sudden spooky sounds, scratchy costumes, and crowds, Halloween can be a peak time for overstimulation. It's a lot for our brains and bodies to process!

If you start feeling irritable, anxious, or want to shut down amidst the fun, that might be your body signaling it's overwhelmed. That's a cue for self-regulation.

It’s okay to treat your well-being with as much care as your costume. 🧡
