Between the flashing lights, sudden spooky sounds, scratchy costumes, and crowds, Halloween can be a peak time for overstimulation. It's a lot for our brains and bodies to process!

It’s okay to feel the entire spectrum of human emotion—the joy, the grief, the anxiety, the peace. Your mind is your home, and it deserves care, compassion, and support. During these coming weeks, let's make a conscious effort to:
