Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀

We had a little festive fun today with a small table full of accessories for our staff to dress up and get into the spirit. From shamrocks to smiles, it was great seeing everyone join in! 💚

Our amazing therapy team also treated us to some fun and festive drinks, including pistachio Sprite and specialty coffee creations—such a hit!
A big thank you to everyone who helped make today a little extra special! 🌈✨

Happy National HR Week to our amazing HR Director, Val! 🎉

Val truly makes a difference every day. She has a gift for listening and making people feel heard and supported. She handles even the toughest situations with empathy and common sense, which makes her someone employees trust and rely on. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the people and the workplace, and that kind of leadership means so much to our team.

Outside the office, Val is a huge Kansas Jayhawks fan and will definitely be cheering them on during March Madness! 🏀

Yesterday we celebrated Employee Appreciation Day, and we made sure all of our amazing team members felt the love!

We provided food for our day, evening, and night shift staff so everyone could enjoy a good meal. We also set up a hydration station with fun drink packets to keep everyone refreshed. 💧

To add some excitement, we raffled off 3 vacation days 🎉 and had a gift/prize table where every staff member could pick out some goodies to take home.

We are so grateful for the dedication, compassion, and hard work our team shows every single day. Our organization truly wouldn’t be the same without you. Thank you for all that you do! 💙

Today we celebrated Random Acts of Kindness Day by spreading a little extra love and appreciation throughout our facility 💙

We set up affirmation cards and envelopes for our staff to write encouraging notes to one another and to our residents. 💌

It was beautiful to see so many heartfelt messages being shared — small acts of kindness that can make a big difference in someone’s day.

Kindness is contagious, and today was a wonderful reminder of the power of uplifting words. ✨
