Congratulations Scholastic Kateregga, QMA/CNA- Preceptor, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Scholastic is a QMA/CNA and Preceptor, sharing her vast knowledge with others. Since joining Countryside Meadows in 2013, Scholastic has consistently gone above and beyond in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Her clinical expertise, calm presence under pressure, and unwavering professionalism has earned the trust of residents, families, and peers. Whether providing bedside care, supporting team members, or mentoring new QMA/CNA staff, Scholastic leads by example and embodies the very best of the long-term care profession.

One of Scholastic’s most notable contributions has been her leadership in our preceptor program. She helps to train and mentor new staff, which has contributed to better resident care and significantly improved patient-centered outcomes. In every shift, Scholastic brings empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to the values that define our mission. Their tireless advocacy for residents and their collaborative spirit has strengthened our team and enriched the culture of care throughout our facility.

We are deeply grateful for Scholastic’s dedication and are proud to recognize her with this award. Her passion for the residents continues to inspire, uplift, and improve the lives of everyone they touch.
