We hope you are able to take that pause, speak your truth, and while you seek answers, allow yourself to seek beauty as well. Not as a dismissal of pain, but as a reminder that beauty can coexist with grief. That even in harsh, unexpected places, something meaningful can still emerge.🌱

Problems don’t just go away because there is tinsel and lights and different music playing in the stores. Let’s be honest with ourselves and each other. And let’s practice a little self compassion with ourselves when we aren’t feeling whatever holiday spirit we think we “should” be feeling.

Holidays require an extra measure of grace. Self care. Heart checks. And intentional pausing.
