With the energy of the Spring Equinox, we move into a season of renewal, balance, and new life. As the earth begins to wake up and the days grow lighter, many people start to feel that shift in their own energy as well.

Spring is a beautiful time to slow down and check in with yourself. What have you been carrying that you’re ready to let go of? Old emotions, heavy energy, patterns, or situations that no longer feel aligned with where you’re going. When we release what isn’t serving us, we allow new energy, clarity, and opportunities to flow in more easily. 🙏🌼
