Violet Residential Services Agency (VRSA) provides in-home support for adults, seniors, and families. We specialize in urgent placements, post-discharge care, and cases that are often difficult to staff.
We are currently expanding and seeking a motivated, dependable, and proactive Field Coordinator to support client intake, community outreach, and care coordination.

Position Overview
This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who is comfortable working independently, building relationships in the community, and helping ensure clients receive timely, high-quality care.

Compensation
- $22.00 - 30.00 Per Hour(based on experience)
- Mileage and travel reimbursement
- Flexible schedule (part-time) (PRN)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to hospitals, senior living communities, and referral partners
- Build and maintain referral relationships within the community
- Follow up with leads and inquiries (calls, texts, emails)
- Assist with client intakes and onboarding (in-person when needed)
- Travel to client homes, hospitals, and facilities
- Coordinate caregiver scheduling and coverage needs
- Maintain communication with families and referral partners
- Support day-to-day operations as needed

Requirements
- CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Comfortable working remotely while traveling for field visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, documentation)
- Familiarity with AHCCCS is a plus
