Choose to fill your mind with what is true, lovely, and life-giving — even in what you scroll. 💫
Block that negative group, hide that person who is always complaining. Focus on deep connection, and peace!

God, I know so many are simply pretending to be fine. Our hearts are messy, anxious, and yet hopeful.
Thank You that Your peace doesn’t wait for us to have it all together. Thank you for giving us your peace that goes beyond the understanding of the world, and isn't built on earthly things. Jesus, teach us to walk in your ways today, Amen.
