Good morning, some of will have noticed I have been working back in the shop and starting to do home visits again.
I have been following the guidelines put in place by the college of Podiatry. Which initially allowed to to see red/amber clients. The rules have now changed and I am now allowed to see all green patients again (if advice cannot be given without an appointment).
I have been slowly working my way through all cancelled appointments trying to get you booked in (if you wish, many clients are still shielding or would rather not be seen just now).
I am not back to full working clinics-due to childcare, I plan to work weekends at present booking only 1 week in advance. I am doing my best to get through everyone, please be patient. I have a backlog of 8 weeks worth of clients. I will contact you. Please send me a text or leave a voice message if you need me before I get in contact with you.
I am complying with the recommendations regarding PPE and additional time between clients to allow for additional cleaning etc.
Due to the increased time being allocated and addition cost of PPE at this time I have had to increase my prices. This price increase will not cover the shortfall of income (most businesses will face in the coming months as they are slowly allowed to reopen and comply with the guidelines) but will hopefully help to keep my business afloat.
New fees are
Shop/clinic appointment £29
Home visits starting from £32
(These fees will be reviewed regularly as the weeks go on and may be subject to change depending on prices of stock and PPE).
