We had an amazing time at our annual Spring Festival! From live music and a petting zoo hosted by our local Azle 4-H, to kids’ games, crafts, gift baskets, and plenty of hamburgers and hot dogs—there was something for everyone. Our residents, families, and community truly came together and made it a memorable day. A big thank you goes to Gentiva Hospice Azle Manor Health Care & Rehabilitation ExcelaCare Home Health Hippies Gone Silver Chris Journeay and our own wonderfully amazing staff, residents and families for making this event such a great success!
