🌟 Another amazing Legacy Oaks of Azle + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

One of our residents began therapy after a period of limited mobility, needing extra support for walking, standing, and daily activities.

With four weeks of consistent, progressive therapy focused on strength, balance, and safe movement, the resident has made remarkable progress.

He can now walk independently inside his apartment, use a walker safely outside, and has even resumed full driving activities.

He’s thrilled with his results, a great example of how focused care and determination can help residents regain independence and confidence in their daily lives. 💪

Cottage residents enjoyed a wonderful visit to the Fort Worth Zoo, where they saw so many amazing animals and happy visitors along the way.

Connie shared, “This has been the happiest I’ve ever been,” and everyone loved watching the smiling children running around and enjoying the day too. 💛

With perfect weather, 75° and a light breeze, it was an ideal day to explore. While the elephants weren’t out this visit, everyone is already looking forward to seeing the other side of the zoo next time!
