Our Carefree Living Babbitt community is looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident-centered care and supporting a dedicated caregiving team.

In this role, you will help lead nursing operations, support staff development, ensure quality care standards are met, and work closely with leadership to maintain a safe and positive environment for our residents.

What we’re looking for:

Current RN license in Minnesota
Leadership experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
A commitment to quality care and team support
