Let’s break down the holiday stress together.

This time of year can feel crazy packed schedules, expectations, memories, noise, and pressure that build up fast. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, pause for a moment. Put your feet on the floor. Breathe in slowly. Breathe out even slower. Nothing needs to be fixed right now. You’re doing the best you can with what you have, and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Support exists. Rest is allowed. And you are not alone.
