Dr Sandy Behnke was born and raised in Harbor Beach and after attending chiropractic college returned to Huron County to serve the community she grew up in. Her and her husband, Rob, are looking forward to watching their boys grow up in the community that they love so much. She is dedicated to providing customized care while focusing solely on the individual patient. She is able to utilize a variety of techniques to meet each patients needs. Due to Dr. Behnke's extensive education and training, she is able to treat patients ranging from ages 0-99.

Raspberry Chia Seed Topping (for oatmeal, yogurt, or anything. The possibilities are endless!)

-80 grams frozen raspberries & add a little water. Microwave to soften berries & mash with a fork to your desired consistency.
-add 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds, mix well, & refrigerate!

I prefer a little tartness over sweet, but if you like sweet you could always add a little honey!
