We are seeking a dedicated Infection Prevention Registered Nurse (IP RN) to join our healthcare team! This role is essential in keeping our residents, staff, and visitors safe by leading our infection prevention and control efforts.

Position Highlights:
🩺 Oversee and manage the facility’s Infection Prevention Program
📊 Conduct infection surveillance, tracking, and reporting
📚 Educate and support staff on infection control practices and PPE
🧼 Ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, and state regulations
🤝 Collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team
📋 Participate in QAPI and survey readiness activities

Qualifications:
✔️ Active RN license in good standing
✔️ Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
✔️ Knowledge of infection prevention standards and regulations
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills

We are pleased to announce the next phase in the renovation of our building. A flooring project effecting the first floor has begun. The project is slated to last approximately one month for demolition and laying the new flooring. There will be periods of time you will have to use alternate entrances and elevators. Please watch for signage directing flow of traffic. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
