📢 Holiday Office Update

Hi everyone! Just a quick update so you can plan ahead with us.
Our office will be closed on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday) and the day after (Friday). We’ll be back open on Monday.

We will continue our schedule of being closed every other Friday until further notice.

As a reminder, our office is always closed on Wednesdays. This year, Christmas Eve falls on a Wednesday, so we’ll be closed for the holiday starting Wednesday the 24th and will remain closed until January 5th, 2026.

As we head into cold and flu season, please remember to stay hydrated, wash your hands often, and take good care of yourself. We wish you happy holidays, safe travels, and a healthy winter season! 🎄✨

And as always, if you have a medical emergency, please go straight to the Emergency Room.

Our office will be closed Friday through Monday in observance of the holiday. We will reopen with regular business hours on Tuesday.

As we head into the fall season and back-to-school time, please remember that cold and flu season is upon us. Stay safe, healthy, and take precautions for you and your family.

We will be checking messages periodically during the closure. However, medications are not guaranteed to be called in until Tuesday once the office reopens. Please plan ahead to ensure you have what you need before the holiday weekend.

Our office will be closed from December 24th until January 2nd. We will reopen on January 3rd. In the meantime, if you need anything and it is a medical emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room!

Happy Friday, everyone!
Well, the time has come. Today is our last day to be open at our address. 1080 S. Van D**e! We will be closed at noon today and moving to our new location at 262 S. Port Crescent St., Bad Axe, MI 48413. Our phone number will still be the same. 989-493-9327 and our fax number will also still stay the same. 989-623-0172. Unfortunately, due to the move, we will have no Internet, so this may cause an interruption in calling our office for any prescription refills, change appointments, or to even make an appointment. We will reopen on December 2, 2024 at the new location again. That address is 262 S. Port Crescent St. in Bad Axe.
Again, if there is any medical emergency while our office is closed, please seek out your nearest urgent care or emergency room.
I cannot wait to see you all at our new location. Thank you for your time and patience during this move. We greatly appreciate every one of you!

Here’s an update on the upcoming days and weeks of our office dates:

1. We will be closed November 15. Reopening on November 18th.

2. The move to the NEW office is still moving forward, so our office will be closed from November 25 through November 29, 2024, so that we can move office items and to get prepared for our first day!

3. It is looking like we will be on track to be open at the NEW office location, on December 2,2024.
As for now, our office hours are going to stay the same Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM. Friday from 8 AM till noon and closed on Wednesdays.

4. The address for the NEW OFFICE is 262 S. Port Crescent St., Bad Axe, MI 48413. Our phone number will still stay the same. 989-493-9327 and our fax number is staying also the same 989-623-0172. 

As always our phone system is an automatic recording. Please refer to the prior post about our phone system and their prompts. PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE. if we do not have a message, we cannot return the call. The voicemails do get checked as often as we can!

Rostam Adult & Pediatric Medicine and our staff would like to thank you ALL for your patience, excitement, and your understanding, so that this move can happen! We are ALL grateful to you, so that we can make this our NEW office!! if it wasn’t for our patients, we wouldn’t be where we are today! so thank you very much to each and everyone of you!
