Our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) begins February 2nd and is designed for individuals navigating substance misuse and co-occurring mental health challenges. Evening groups, individual counseling, and a supportive, welcoming environment—so you can get the care you need while continuing to show up for your life.

We support Chaffee County food and beverage workers with real, judgment free support from people who have been there.

Our Peer Recovery Coaching program is offered in partnership with Sagebrush Recovery, connecting you with certified peers who bring lived experience and practical tools.

Whether you are sober curious, looking to cut back, or navigating recovery, all stages are welcome. This is a free service with phone, virtual, and in person options.

Soaring above the Rocky Mountains this weekend — endless waves of snow-capped peaks stretching toward the horizon, each one a reminder of both strength and serenity. As I looked down, the tiny towns nestled in the valleys below told their own stories — of resilience, recovery, and community.

Just like these mountains, healing doesn’t happen all at once. It’s built, layer by layer, moment by moment, day by day. Here’s to focusing on the small places, the quiet moments, and the steady climb — because that’s where real recovery takes root.

Last night’s Aurora Borealis lit up the sky — a breathtaking reminder of nature’s beauty in its purest form.

It made us pause and reflect:
How would we have experienced this moment in active addiction?
Would we have needed something to “celebrate” it, or would we have missed it completely?

Recovery gives us the chance to see life differently — to stand still, present, and in awe of the world around us. It reminds us that peace and wonder come naturally when we’re open to them.

It’s never too late to take the leap, to trust yourself, and to believe in the process. One day, you’ll realize you don’t need to reach for anything to make the moment better — simply being is enough.
