If you need abortion services, the Northwest Abortion Access Fund (https://nwaafund.org/providers) and the National Abortion Federation (https://prochoice.org/patients/find-a-provider) maintain lists of abortion providers in Washington state.

I love this. Can we sit more in Not Knowing and feel the question? The wonder?

Do children really want to know the answer, or do they want a partner in pondering? We show we care about the things they care about by being together in the place of wonder! We teach thinking by living in the questions.

How much do we crave to be so fully seen it aches?
I didn’t even know this about myself until I experienced THAT kind of listening and my soul grieved and ached and rejoiced in that experience of being so fully seen. Heard. What a gift! And so simple. Yet it’s not (!) because our culture demands the Not Looking. Not Seeing. I had to be taught that it’s ok to actually SEE and BE SEEN through the practice of Hakomi.
