A few weeks ago, we had the privilege of learning from Nate Coomer, PT, DPT, NCS, founder of The Parkinson's Fitness Project, during our weekly speech therapy huddle!

Nate is a neurologic physical therapist with over a decade of experience specializing in Parkinson’s care and is passionate about helping individuals stay active, connected, and empowered through ongoing exercise and education.

Our team gained valuable insight into the role of interdisciplinary collaboration and how physical therapy and speech therapy can work together to better support this population.
