I am excited to officially open my doors to the Bainbridge/ Kitsap community!!
My path to opening Lowell Neurofeedback begins with lived experience, I found Neurofeedback as a burnt-out Neurodivergent university student. I struggled with executive function, chronic pain, anxiety and all the trauma associated with living in a world that wasnt built for people like me. The impact Neurofeedback had on my life was so great, I knew I needed to committ to the training and bring this incredible technology back here to my hometown of Bainbridge Island.
In a world that often keeps our nervous systems in "survival mode," Neurofeedback acts as a sophisticated, high-tech mirror. It doesn't "fix" the brain; instead, it provides your central nervous system with real-time data on its own electrical activity. This allows the brain to self-organise, explore more options within the brain and move away from inefficient habits and back into a state of flow.
Whether you are navigating ADHD, memory issues, symptoms associated with ASD, chronic stress, sleep issues, and beyond or seeking peak professional focus, creativity and performance. Neurofeedback offers a non-invasive path to:
Quieting the "noise" of anxiety and overwhelm.
Clearing cognitive fog and sharpening executive function.
Improving emotional regulation for both children and adults.
I believe in a down-to-earth approach backed by science. Whether we meet in my office or via a home visit, my goal is to help you (and your brain) find a more organised and peaceful baseline.
I’m looking forward to connecting with you. Feel free to reach out with questions or visit https://www.lowell-neurofeedback.com/ to learn more.
Neurofeedback helps your brain self-regulate to improve focus, reduce anxiety, and boost sleep quality—all without medicine. It's like a gym for your mind!
