We are so excited to welcome Kendal Perry, BCBA to the ABA Essentials team!

Kendal brings nearly 15 years of experience supporting children and adults across in-home, clinic, school, and crisis settings. She began her career working in a children’s inpatient crisis stabilization unit, where she developed a strong foundation in behavioral health and supporting individuals during critical moments.

She brings extensive and specialized experience in crisis services, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and mental health needs.

Throughout her career, Kendal has served in multiple roles including BCBA First Responder, Clinical BCBA, Supervisor and Clinic Director, and has worked alongside multidisciplinary teams to support individuals and families in meaningful, impactful ways.

Her passion is helping individuals build skills that promote independence, confidence, and quality of life.

In addition to her clinical work, Kendal is also an Adjunct Professor, where she shares her knowledge with future professionals in the field.

When she’s not working, Kendal enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking, caring for her chickens, and weightlifting.

We’re thrilled to have her join our team and can’t wait for the impact she will make! 💙

We have a very special guest hopping through ABA Essentials LLC this week! The Easter Bunny will be making rounds to visit all of the amazing kids at all clinic locations. 🐣
We’re so excited to celebrate with our learners and share some springtime fun. Keep an eye out for photos and smiles as the Easter Bunny stops by to say hello!

This training walks parents through the key parts of an Individualized Education Program, breaking down goals, services, and supports in clear, everyday language. Learn how to better understand your child’s plan and feel more confident participating as a partner in your child’s educational journey.
