How I make my menu and shopping list. I usually do 2 weeks at a time but Im off a few days this time. I write down each day then plug in meals we want to have based on what foods we have on hand or what foods are on sale. Then I make the grocery list of things I don't have at home. This saves me so much time and money!!!

I weigh how much??? The bloating after this surgery is messing with my head. The scale says Im up 13lbs since surgery, but I know that's not fat gain. Hurting my feelings over here. Lol
