We are proud to announce that through our endeavor of the luncheon from The Polar Express we are donating $574.00 to the Bainbridge Hospital Manor. I have left a message for Cynthia Vickers Asst. Administrator to make arrangements to deliver the check. Thank you everyone who purchased tickets, Thank you to Sundown Cafe and Congratulations to Bunny Brock, she was the winner of the Gift Basket filled with vendor products and service donations.

We have reached maximum capacity for vendor spaces :D If I have not already talked to you and made arrangements then I am sorry for this year we are full. We have 30 vending with a LARGE variety of products, services and handcrafted items. Thus far we have sold 100 luncheon tickets, we will continue to sell them until this evening and sliding in by the seat of our pants, giving a final secured plate number to Sundown. However there will be additional tickets available tomorrow on a first come first serve basis.

Vendor Reminder: IF you are having a drawing at your table, please remember to bring entry slips for patrons to complete. :) I will make some up but not sure how many we will over all need so best if you can make some and bring them.
