We are excited to announce the expansion of I See My Baby Inc. This initiative mirrors the compassionate and empowering support we’ve provided to women, creating a safe space for men to find strength, hope, and healing. Our services include:

Support Groups: Connect with others facing similar challenges in a judgment-free zone. Coaching: One-on-one and group coaching to navigate struggles and build resilience. Classes: Gain knowledge and tools to overcome obstacles in health, faith, and family life. We understand the unique battles men face, especially when dealing with infertility, depression, or a wavering faith. Whether you seek spiritual guidance or practical solutions, you are not alone. In a world that often tells men to "man up," it’s important to remember that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Men face unique pressures that can impact mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Why men’s support matters:
Men are less likely to seek help for stress, anxiety, or depression.
Chronic stress can increase risks for heart disease, sleep issues, and mental health struggles.

Did you know? Studies show that children who grow up without emotionally present fathers are more likely to struggle with trust, self-esteem, and relationships as adults.

This “father wound” can show up as:
🔹 Insecurity
🔹 Overcompensating through achievement
🔹 Trust issues
🔹 Fear of abandonment

✨ Healing is possible.
✅ Grieve the father you didn’t have (without minimizing it)
✅ Release the pressure to be a “perfect” dad
✅ Seek mentorship or safe male community
✅ Journal or speak about your pain in a supportive setting
