Christmas can be both beautiful and heavy.
For many, it carries joy, tradition, and light. For others, it carries empty chairs, unspoken tears, and memories that ache.
Holding space for grief during the holidays doesn’t mean you’re failing at the Christmas Magic, it means you’re honoring love. Grief doesn’t always mean the opposite of celebration; it is evidence of connection, of having loved deeply.
You are allowed to feel both. You are allowed to create new traditions, or simply survive this season with tenderness toward yourself.
This Christmas, may you give yourself permission to remember that even in sorrow, your presence matters. Gentle moments still count. Quiet hope and their memory still lives.
