💼 What You’ll Do
As a Home Health OT, you will:
Provide one-on-one, in-home occupational therapy focused on maximizing patient independence
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, safety, and home modifications
Collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Empower patients through therapeutic exercises, adaptive strategies, and ongoing support
📝 What We’re Looking For
Active California Occupational Therapist license
At least one year of OT experience
Valid California driver’s license
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
A passion for home health and patient-centered care
📍 Service Area
Patients are located throughout the greater Bakersfield area.
