Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives from the comfort of their homes?
We’re looking for dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our compassionate, patient-centered team!

💼 What You’ll Do
As a valued part of our home health team, you’ll:
Provide 1:1 care that helps patients regain independence and confidence in daily life
Conduct in-home evaluations and tailor treatment plans to each patient’s needs
Educate patients and families on safe mobility and home modifications
Collaborate with a supportive care team to deliver top-quality, coordinated care
Empower patients with exercises, adaptive strategies, and encouragement every step of the way

📝 A Few Must-Haves
-Active California PT license
-1+ year of experience in your role
-A valid CA driver’s license and passion for home health care
-Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
📍Service Area: Patients are located throughout the greater Bakersfield area.

• Act as our Community Liaison and execute a strategic education plan
• Research service needs and report recommendations to leadership

• Represent ATC at healthcare and nonprofit events
• Make 1:1 connections with community professionals
• Support volume projections and annual budget inputs

• Post event highlights and updates on social media
📌 Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong networking skills across diverse communities
• Sensitivity to cultural dynamics
• Familiarity with local demographics and challenges

Please join us in congratulating Jina, our Director of Patient Care Services, on being selected to serve on the CAHSAH Medicare Certified Committee. This is an outstanding accomplishment and a reflection of Jina’s deep clinical expertise, strong leadership, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Her voice at this level strengthens not only our agency, but the broader home health community across California.

Stacie Dollar, our Director of Companion Care, also serves on the CAHSAH Board of Directors and is involved on several committees. Her ongoing leadership and commitment supports our long-standing relationship with CAHSAH.
