"Just do more Kegels.”

Most people are told the same thing when pelvic floor symptoms show up

But for many people…
that can actually make the problem worse.

A lot of pelvic floor issues aren’t caused by weakness.
They’re caused by muscles that are too tight and can’t relax properly.

This can show up as:
• pelvic or tailbone pain
• difficulty starting urine
• feeling like you can’t fully empty your bladder
• pressure in the pelvis
• pain with sexual activity

The pelvic floor isn’t just about strength.
It’s about coordination, relaxation, and control.

Sometimes the first step isn’t strengthening.

It’s learning how to let those muscles relax.
