I joined .bako because I was dealing with health issues and I knew I couldn’t keep being an active anymore.
I was nervous to start so I went all in on the
Boot Camp. It was intense but I knew I needed more assistance so I transitioned into the personal training. Thats when it really changed for me. I feel stronger, more confident and more in control with my health than I have in a long time.
