This treatment is necessary to save a tooth that would otherwise be extracted due to infection or abscess in the nerve tissues. With our latest technology, including surgical operating microscopes, digital radiography and 3D Dental CT Scan we can ensure that we are giving every patient the best possible diagnosis. Conscious IV sedation administered by a Board Certified Medical Anesthesiologist is available for patients who want to sleep through the endodontic procedure. Chronic apical abscess. J-shaped lesion, furcation involvement, sinus tract, and deep pocket all indicative of possible vertical root crack. But 6-month follow-up xray shows complete bone healing. Saved another tooth! 😃
