Halloween is full of treats, but don’t let your teeth be tricked! Here is our BKD guide for keeping your teeth healthy and happy this Halloween season! 🎃Use this photo to remember which treats are bad vs better for your teeth (gummies and caramel stick to your teeth like glue, while chocolate is easier to wash away) 🎃 Try and balance candy with healthy snacks, such as fruit, veggies, and cheese. 🎃 Remember to drink lots of water to rinse away the sugar and keep your mouth fresh and hydrated. 🎃 Wait about 30 minutes after eating sweets before brushing and flossing.
