Home care services include but are not limited to:
1. Personal care, which includes assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility assistance, feeding and medication reminding.
2. Homemaking, which includes assistance with housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, respite and transportation for appointments, errands, shopping and outings.
3. Companionship/Sitting, which includes non-medical, basic supervision to ensure a client's safety and well-being.
4. Respite, which provides assistance and support to primary caregivers.
5. Friendly reassurance, which includes making contact with home bound clients.
6. Chores, which include minor home maintenance and yard work.
