CNY Cleaning Solutions is growing — and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-driven Working Team Leader to lead from the front.

You will oversee a small team of two team members, ensure nightly tasks are completed to company standards, inspect the facility each evening, and communicate directly with leadership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
As a Working Team Leader, you will:
Lead and support two team members each evening
Confirm all assigned cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly
Perform nightly inspections of the facility before leaving
Address deficiencies immediately and coach team members as needed
Communicate updates to the Area Supervisor and Operations Manager
Ensure building is secured properly at the end of shift
Complete nightly reports and documentation
Perform hands-on cleaning duties alongside your team
This is a working leadership role — you will clean while overseeing the team.
Typical Cleaning Responsibilities Include
Restroom cleaning and restocking
Dusting and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
Trash removal throughout facility
Sweeping, dust mopping, and wet mopping floors
Vacuuming carpets and entry mats
Glass and mirror cleaning
Securing building and turning off lights
What We’re Looking For
Previous custodial or janitorial experience (lead experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Must have cellphone for communication and clocking in/out
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Dependable and consistent attendance
Comfortable leading others and holding team members accountable
Positive attitude with strong communication skills
