It's Wellness Wednesday BWC family!!! What does that mean and how do you that? You take care of your well being by getting to the gym to clear your mind and activate those endorphins. Get your walk/run around the track, lift some weights, jump on some machines or even join a group fitness class. Even though today is April Fool's Day- this is not a joke!!! Self care is so important and necessary. Our busy lives can distract us of that if we let it. Take time to reduce stress, prevent any burnouts and help maintain physical and mental well being so that you can be the best version of you!!! Come join Vicki for one or both of her group classes this afternoon in addition to your regular workout regime. If you need something different to do to challenge yourself- those classes can do that. Will you take that step to self care???
