Why shirtless and barefoot for 15 minutes daily? 😎

- We all lost contact with Mother Earth somehow, which is bad in the long run (Nobel Prize winner Richard Feynman). Walk barefoot and get some extra electrons and alkaline the whole system - even cortisol levels due to daily stress might be reduced. "Homemade" Gut Microbiome Supplement
- Besides being rich in fibers it is also anabolic (food for muscle cells) 💪
- Mix it with salad, pasta, or whatever you want to. Pictures are self-explained, but please do not hesitate to DM me if you have any questions 😁 - Ingredients: psyllium and avocado seeds;
- Keep 7 avocado seeds in the sun for 1 hour;
- Grate it well;
- Dehydrate it in the oven for 10 minutes (350F);
- Grind for 40 seconds in the coffee grinder.
- Add the same amount of Psyllium in it.
- Keep it on the table, so you don't forget to add it to your food
