Nasal sprays can be a powerful tool for allergy relief—but using the right one the right way makes all the difference.

Here’s a quick guide:
• Steroid sprays – Help reduce inflammation and prevent allergy symptoms when used daily
• Saline sprays – A simple way to rinse out pollen, dust, and irritants
• Decongestant sprays – Great for short-term relief (but should only be used for a few days)

A good rule of thumb: aim slightly outward toward the ear, not straight up the nose. It helps the medication work better and reduces irritation.
